Cheesy Cassava Bread / Pan de Yuca

I want to share this simple but yummy recipe with you, they take about 20 minutes to make including baking time. And if you ever been to Gaucho Restaurant in London, and you love the little cheesy breads that they serve ;)

You'll need:

1 cup of cassava/tapioca starch (not flour)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
water

Preheat the oven to 170˚C.
Next mix the cassava starch, baking powder, salt and cheese.
Add egg and start kneading, if the dough is too dry and crumbles, add water, one tablespoon at a time as needed.

Make small round shaped breads with the dough and place on a baking tray.
Bake for about 7 minutes.

They are best served warm from the oven. Highly addictive.... I usually end up eating half of the batch.
